All parts and accessories ship from our Oakville, Ontario location. We currently ship anywhere in Canada and to the continental United States. International orders are reviewed case-by-case — contact our parts team for a quote.
In-stock parts typically ship within 1–2 business days. Special-order and made-to-order items (including most Fi EXHAUST systems) carry a manufacturer lead time of 4–8 weeks. We'll confirm the lead time at the time of order and keep you updated on production milestones.
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow the shipment. If you don't see it within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier, but we'll make sure you're taken care of. For large or high-value shipments, inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. Damage or loss claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — email sales@clarksonfinecars.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.
Every part is matched against the chassis, model year, and engine code listed on its detail page. If you receive a part that does not fit a vehicle matching the listed fitment, we'll arrange a free return shipping label and either exchange it or refund you in full. The customer is responsible for confirming fitment before installation — once a part is installed or modified, it is non-returnable.
Parts and accessories are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. If a part fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue — we'll facilitate the warranty claim on your behalf. Clarkson Fine Cars is not liable for labour costs, towing fees, or incidental expenses associated with a part failure.
Email sales@clarksonfinecars.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our parts team will respond within one business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
