1. Where We Ship From

All parts and accessories ship from our Oakville, Ontario location. We currently ship anywhere in Canada and to the continental United States. International orders are reviewed case-by-case — contact our parts team for a quote.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Orders over $500 CAD: Free standard shipping within Canada.
  • Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Express shipping: Available at checkout for time-sensitive orders. Lead times vary by carrier.
  • Oversized or freight shipments: Full exhaust systems and select large items ship via freight carrier. Curbside delivery only unless otherwise arranged.

3. Lead Times

In-stock parts typically ship within 1–2 business days. Special-order and made-to-order items (including most Fi EXHAUST systems) carry a manufacturer lead time of 4–8 weeks. We'll confirm the lead time at the time of order and keep you updated on production milestones.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow the shipment. If you don't see it within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier, but we'll make sure you're taken care of. For large or high-value shipments, inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. Damage or loss claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — email sales@clarksonfinecars.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.

6. Returns

  • Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all included hardware and documentation.
  • Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Non-returnable items: Installed or modified parts, special-order items, and freight-shipped exhaust systems are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

7. Fitment Guarantee

Every part is matched against the chassis, model year, and engine code listed on its detail page. If you receive a part that does not fit a vehicle matching the listed fitment, we'll arrange a free return shipping label and either exchange it or refund you in full. The customer is responsible for confirming fitment before installation — once a part is installed or modified, it is non-returnable.

8. Defective or Warranty Items

Parts and accessories are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. If a part fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue — we'll facilitate the warranty claim on your behalf. Clarkson Fine Cars is not liable for labour costs, towing fees, or incidental expenses associated with a part failure.

9. How to Start a Return

Email sales@clarksonfinecars.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our parts team will respond within one business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
