1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing clarksonfinecars.com and using our services — including browsing inventory, purchasing parts, booking appointments, or submitting inquiries — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing. While we make every effort to accurately represent each vehicle's condition, year, mileage, and specifications, Clarkson Fine Cars is not liable for errors or omissions in vehicle listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect any vehicle prior to purchase. We reserve the right to withdraw a vehicle from sale at any time prior to completion of the transaction.

3. Parts & Accessories

  • Product Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure parts listings are accurate. The customer is ultimately responsible for confirming fitment for their specific vehicle prior to purchase.
  • Returns: Non-defective parts may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, unopened packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. Installed or modified parts are non-returnable.
  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors. If payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued promptly.
  • Backorders: If a part is unavailable, we will notify you with an estimated availability date and offer the option to wait or cancel your order.

4. Service Appointments

Booking a service appointment through our website is a request only and is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our service team. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to technician availability or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide reasonable notice in all such cases.

5. Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Clarkson Fine Cars to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout including applicable taxes.

6. Shipping

Parts and accessories are shipped from our Oakville location. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier. For large or high-value shipments, we recommend inspecting the package before signing the delivery receipt. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Warranty

Parts and accessories are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Clarkson Fine Cars does not offer an independent warranty on parts. We will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims but the final determination rests with the manufacturer. We are not liable for labour costs, towing fees, or incidental expenses associated with a part failure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clarkson Fine Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the purchase of vehicles, parts, or services, or any errors in product or vehicle information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
